General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These GTC apply to all reservations and stays at our accommodation. In our GTC, we set out the contractual terms under which we offer our services. These terms include details regarding bookings, cancellations, payments, and limitations of liability. We recommend that you read our Terms and Conditions carefully, as they contain important information. Please note that our Terms and Conditions are updated regularly, and we advise you to review them each time you make a booking. If you have any questions about our Terms and Conditions, we will be happy to assist you.

Booking & Conclusion of Contract

By making a reservation – whether in writing, by phone, or online – a binding accommodation contract is  concluded. A written confirmation by email usually follows within 24 hours.

Check-in & Check-out

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Individual times may be arranged upon request.
Check-in time will be the approximate time of arrival provided in advance.
Ideally, give us a call just before you arrive (Tel +36 20 44 20 445), or book our airport transfer service to make things even easier.

Prices & Payment

The prices confirmed at the time of booking apply. We are an apartment-rental business. We charge for cleaning depending on apartment and use, per booking.
We apply 4% tourist tax, which we pay to the local authorities.

Payment options, by prior arrangement:
- Cash payment upon arrival
- Bank transfer in advance
- Credit card payment

Cancellation Policy

- Up to 24 hours before check-in: free cancellation
- Within 24 hours before check-in: 100% of the total price
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

 

 

Guest Obligations

Please treat the accommodation and its furnishings with care. Guests are liable for any damages or excessive soiling.

Pets

Pets are only allowed with prior approval. An additional cleaning fee may apply.

Liability

We are only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. We assume no liability for personal belongings.

House Rules
Our house rules are intended to ensure respectful coexistence and are part of these GTC. In case of repeated violations, we reserve the right to terminate the stay prematurely.

Jurisdiction & Law
Only Hungarian law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is the location of the accommodation.
